One Too Many Products!

Alright my diva friends - I have officially sampled one too many products. Guess what the worst thing is about sampling? Um ... the money you spend when you buy all the products? Nope. Finding the world's best product and discovering it is $600 an ounce? Nope. Never finding the right product? Nope. Having all your friends count on you to save their skin and make you look 10 years younger? Nope! Not having enough time to blog about your samples? Nope.

It's finding that one product that you've discovered you are A L L E R G I C to!!!!

Oh my God girlfriends. After spending one week with no sleep at a work conference, then another week down for the count with the worst flu ever, I spent the weekend unable to see!!!!!!! I either ate Macadamia nuts that I have become allergic to or, more likely, tried a seriously expensive product - Nude Skin Facial Cleansing Oil and Nude Skin Eye Cream and my eyes swelled shut!!!!!!!!!! After a bottle of Benadryl and Zyrtec and warm compresses for two days, I've managed to get better. Here was one day into it:

Is this sooooooooooo disgusting or what???? I had to make it super small because I've never looked so bad in my life! Believe it or not, I am actually smiling for the picture and opening my eyes as wide as I can. Needless to say, my family is ticked I didn't go to the hospital ... but I seriously can't take any more!!! So ... I think I will be taking a break from sampling for a bit! (The pic on the right is Day 2, just so you don't think I died - the allergy spread down the eyes!) What do you think? Shall I try Chanel anti-puffiness for work tomorrow? :-)
